Aristo Block/Slip (Anti-Block & Anti-Slip)

Anit-Block/Slip Masterbatche is made by several kinds of high effect special addictives to mix together and through specific technical process. It is used for PP and PE products. This kind of masterbatch can enhance the products Anti-Block/Slip property.

Aristo-slip improve the flow characteristics of plastic during processing. It also reduce the frictional resistance of end product surfaces, enhancing both appearance and function.

Aristo-Block antiblocking additives modify the surface characteristic by creating a slight surface roughness or smoother surface, thus reducing the coefficient of friction.

  
Aristo Bright

use of just 1% Aristo Bright Enhances the shine of Film/Tape and creates a brightning effect on LLDP/LLDPE.

 
  
Aristo Process

During the extrusion process, Aristo process (Processing Aid) coat the inner surface of the die, reducing the friction between the melt and the metal, allowing polymers to extrude more easily. By lowering the friction and eliminating or reducing melt-fracture and die buildup, Aristo process enables difficult-to-process materials such as narrow-molecular-weight LLDPE and LLDPE rich blends to run on existing extrusion lines.

 
  
Aristo static ( Anti- Statics)

Aristo Anti-static Masterbatches can be simply used with good property. They are suitable for the plastic injection, plastic blowing, film blowing, plastic extrusion and salivate process for PP, PE,EVA, etc. Aristo additive masterbatches offers unprecedented opportunities to improve the properties, performance and quality of finished products, while also optimizing productivity and costs.

 
  
Flame Retardant

UV Stabilizer

UV Stabalizer, which absorb harmful UV radiation, dissipating it as "harmless" thermal energy. Widely used in food, drug and personal care packaging, these active ingredients perform best in products with relatively thick wall sections, such as transparent blister packaging and hollow cosmetic tubes.
